Shared Human Experiences Change People & Teams.

Engaging Experiences That Strengthen Connection, Well-Being, and Leadership.

Beatwell workshops use rhythm, play, mindfulness, and facilitated reflection to help people connect more meaningfully with themselves, one another, and the work they do together.

Every experience is thoughtfully designed around your people, your goals, and the culture you’re working to create.

The drum is simply a tool.

The real work is helping people become more in-rhythm with themselves, their teams, and their organization.

Every Workshop Includes

A drum or percussion instrument for every participant

A welcoming, fail-proof experience with no musical experience required

Interactive rhythm experiences that strengthen connection and collaboration

Mindfulness, breathing, and evidence-informed wellness practices

Facilitated reflection that connects each activity to everyday work and life

Custom integration of your organization's goals, themes, and messaging

Designed Around Your People

No two organizations are the same. That’s why every Beatwell workshop is customized around your people, your goals, and the experience you want to create.

Whether your priority is strengthening relationships, supporting employee well-being, developing leaders, or simply giving people permission to reconnect as human beings, each program is thoughtfully designed to meet the moment.

Workplace Teams

Whether your team has worked together for ten years or ten days, Beatwell helps coworkers connect in ways that day-to-day work rarely allows. Shared experiences strengthen trust, communication, and collaboration while reminding people that behind every job title is a human being.

Professional Conferences

A conference often begins with a room full of strangers. Beatwell quickly transforms that room into a community. Participants connect through shared experience, creating an atmosphere that encourages conversation, networking, and engagement throughout the rest of the event.

Leadership Retreats

Leadership is ultimately about people. Beatwell gives leadership teams an opportunity to step away from their day-to-day responsibilities and reconnect with themselves and one another. Through play, reflection, and meaningful conversation, leaders strengthen the awareness, communication, and trust that healthy organizations depend on.

Every Beatwell experience can be tailored to your organization or event, including:

What to Expect

No musical experience is required. Really.

One of the first things participants often tell me is, “I have no rhythm.” I smile, because if you have a heartbeat, you already have rhythm.

My job is to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable participating from the very beginning. This isn’t about performing. It’s about playing. There’s no pressure to be “good” at music or to get anything exactly right. As one of my mentors likes to say, “If you feel like you made a mistake, do what I do: smile and keep going.” That simple shift changes everything.

When people stop worrying about being right, they become more present. They listen more closely. They contribute more freely. They begin to enjoy themselves. That’s where connection begins.

Every participant receives a drum or percussion instrument and is guided through a series of engaging experiences that may include collaborative rhythm activities, team-building exercises, mindfulness practices, intentional breathing, and facilitated discussion. Along the way, we pause to reflect together, connecting each experience to everyday work, leadership, communication, and well-being.

Participants leave with more than a memorable experience. They leave with practical tools and a shared language they can continue using long after the workshop ends.

A Living Metaphor

As the workshop unfolds, something becomes clear.

The drum circle starts to feel a lot like the organization itself.

Everyone has a different instrument. It makes different sounds. Every person has the freedom to contribute in their own way. The goal isn’t for everyone to do the same thing. It’s to listen, respond, and contribute in ways that help the group succeed.

Organizations work the same way.

Every team is made up of people with different strengths, personalities, experiences, and perspectives.

Those differences become an advantage when people feel safe enough to contribute, aware enough to listen, and willing to support something bigger than themselves.

Sometimes leadership means stepping forward.

Sometimes it means creating space for someone else.

Even music needs rest notes.

Some Lessons Are Best Experienced.

Most of us have sat through enough presentations to know that information alone doesn’t always change people.

Shared experiences do.

That’s what Beatwell is designed to create.

Through rhythm, play, reflection, and meaningful conversation, participants don’t just learn about communication, teamwork, leadership, and well-being. They experience them together. The lessons become personal because they were lived, not simply discussed.

Long after the workshop ends, people often remember the experience, the conversations it sparked, and the way it helped them see themselves, their colleagues, and their organization a little differently.

The instruments eventually go back in the bag.

The experience goes with your people.

If you’re looking to create an experience your team, conference, or leadership group will remember long after the event is over, I’d love to help.
